Carrie offers a range of custom fitness and nutrition plans to help you achieve your goals. Through a program of PT sessions, classes and specialised food plans, Carrie will have you feeling your best in no time! She will always be there along the way to motivate you in your classes, and be there to guide you outside of those class times also. Her aim is to help you along the way and ensure that your training is as productive as it can be.
Carrie also offers a range of classes for members and non-members.
