• First fitness assessment for gym use is free and includes all aspects of fitness including lung capacity, blood pressure etc.


• Re-assessment is just €20.


• At time of renewing your membership however, a re-assessment is free.


• A schedule of sports and social is in place including trips to various places eg. “a night at the dogs ” and other social nights.


• Swimming galas.


• Inter-club competitions for adults and children.


• Outdoor pursuits are organized by the club.


• Extensive range of classes available (small additional fee applies**)
