Introduction

Contemporary Collins Bar at this 4 star hotel in Cork is a welcoming area in the hotel, ideal for relaxation and enjoyment. With an extensive Bar area, contemporary seating and lighting and polished wooden floors, the overall impression is of brightness and space during the day and relaxed sociable atmosphere in the evening. Large plasma screens are available throughout the bar and all major sporting events are screened live. Carvery Lunch is served every day in the Bar including Saturdays and Sundays, 12 noon to 2.30pm (served until 4pm on Sundays). A tasty Bar menu is available every evening from 4pm - 9pm (until 8.30pm on Saturdays and Sundays). This menu includes Starters, Salads, Main Courses, Desserts and a variety of teas and coffees.

It is the ideal venue for relaxed drinks and sociable atmosphere and very popular with locals. It is also the perfect spot for enjoying drinks before or after an excellent meal in the Bistro Restaurant (The Bistro is open for evening meals on Friday & Saturday evenings).

We often have live Bands entertaining in Collins Bar on Bank Holiday weekends, offering complimentary musical entertainment.
